How we collect or obtain personal information about you

Legal basis
Our legal basis for processing the personal data are contractual necessity (processing is necessary in order to perform a contract with you) and our legitimate interest. The legitimate interest we pursue is direct marketing. The personal data we collect may be used for marketing purposes.
How long we store your personal information
If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we will store your contact details for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. We will not store your data longer than necessary for our legitimate interests or for the performance of the contract. We will not store your personal information for longer than seven years for direct marketing purpose, after the last time you have shown interest in one of our products or services.
How we secure your personal information

If you are located outside the Netherlands and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to Netherlands and process it there. Your rights in relation to your personal information
You remain in control over the data we obtain from you. You have the following rights with regard to your personal data.
- You have the right to view and obtain the personal information we have obtained from you, to request for correcting any false or outdated information and to request for the deletion of your personal information.
- You can opt out from our newsletter by following the unsubscribe link provided in every email.
- If you previously gave consent to us for processing your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- You can send a request with regards to any of the abovementioned rights by sending an email to office@nmsba.com. We will do our best to comply with your request as soon as possible.
Your right to object to the processing of your personal information
If you wish to object to the use and/or storage of your personal data, please contact us through office@nmsba.com. We take your right to privacy very seriously and we will do our best to solve any problems with regards to the use or your personal data.
You also have the right to file a complaint about the way we process your personal data at the Dutch privacy watchdog, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. A complaint can be filed through their website www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl , or by contacting them by phone: (+31)0900 - 2001 201.
Consequences of not providing your personal information to us
We might not be able to perform a contract or agreement with you, if you do not provide us with the information that is necessary for the performance of the agreement. For example, we are not able to send you the newsletter if you do not provide us with a valid email address.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
