Dr. Kimberly Clark and Matt Tullman of Merchant Mechanics and Elissa Moses of BrainGroup Global (and formerly of Ipsos) have announced the formation of Bellwether Citizen Response. The research and consulting company focuses on applied neuroscience and behavioral science to guide effective public policy and successful political campaigns. Among the multiple methods leveraged is a new way of conducting implicit testing of emotions at scale called PIAT (for Pictorial Implicit Association Test).  PIAT has been validated to identify more than 30 specific emotional dimensions.
