ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The NMSBA was founded in 2012 by Carla Nagel, who is also the founder of the Neuromarketing World Forum. The organization is currently privately owned by Carla Nagel and is in the process of moving towards a more representative organization structure. Until then, the Board of Directors operates in an advisory capacity.

LOCAL CHAIRS
The NMSBA has local representatives in 32 different countries. Local chairs are elected for a term of 3 years, elections for non-represented countries will be organized in January 2014.
